Enchilada Sauce
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 t onion powder
2 t garlic powder
1 T chili powder
1/2 t dried oregano
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 t salt (to your taste)
Mix all of the ingredients pot. While its cooking stir over med.
Heat until nice and thick. Makes 2 cups. Use like you would the stuff
you buy in cans at the store!
